Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading organizations, developing regulatory and governance frameworks, and driving sustainable business growth across highly regulated and mission-critical environments.

His professional background is particularly strong within the maritime, aviation, and logistics sectors, where he has contributed to sector-wide strategy development, institutional leadership, and national-level initiatives. Renowned for his ability to align operational execution with long-term strategic objectives, he has consistently supported board-level decision-making, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

Captain Ali combines strategic vision with strong commercial and financial acumen, complemented by proven capabilities in governance, business development, and people leadership. Academically, he holds a foundation in Management Information Systems and has completed advanced executive and leadership programs, including multiple IATA diplomas and internationally recognized leadership certifications. He has managed and advised on significant portfolios for a diverse client base that includes sovereign wealth funds, global financial institutions, royal family offices, state-owned and semi-government entities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

With a proven track record in overseeing strategic portfolios exceeding AED 24 billion, he brings deep expertise in portfolio construction, risk governance, and long-term value creation. His experience encompasses the development and execution of sophisticated investment strategies designed to optimize performance while safeguarding client interests through disciplined risk management and robust governance frameworks.

Mr. El-Haddad is widely recognized for cultivating high-value institutional and private client relationships and for delivering sustainable growth aligned with both institutional mandates and private wealth objectives. His expertise extends to structuring and managing complex real estate and hospitality investments, with a focus on prime and high-growth markets including Saadiyat Island and Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, as well as premier locations in London.

In addition, he brings sector-specific insight into the oil and gas industry, particularly within downstream trading and midstream logistics, where he has delivered customized investment and commercial solutions aimed at enhancing portfolio resilience and mitigating risk. As a Partner, Board Director, and Managing Director of Power Supply Refined Oil (PSRO), he oversees business development, trading operations, and long-term strategic planning. His responsibilities include guiding commercial strategy, strengthening counterparty relationships, and ensuring disciplined execution across refined oil and power supply trading activities.

With hands-on experience in oil trading and energy markets, Ahmed plays a key role in positioning PSRO as a reliable and professionally governed market participant. His focus on operational rigor, risk awareness, and sustainable growth supports the company’s long-term participation in regional and international energy supply chains.

Capt. Ahmed Muftah​

Ahmed Muftah is a senior Marine, Shipping, and Energy Operations Advisor with more than two decades of frontline and strategic experience supporting offshore oil and gas operations, international energy trading, and commercial ship management. He brings a rare combination of seafaring command experience, offshore operational control, and commercial shipping insight, enabling the safe and efficient execution of complex marine and energy logistics.

Throughout his career, Captain Ahmed has advised production and operations teams on marine risk management, vessel traffic coordination, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance, ensuring continuous and secure marine support for critical offshore assets. His expertise spans ship management and chartering support, voyage planning, terminal and port risk assessments, marine due diligence, and SIMOPS alignment within high-risk operating environments.

Within energy trading and commodity movement structures, he plays a key advisory role in bridging commercial transactions with practical marine execution. His involvement covers pre-fixture vessel suitability and compliance reviews, port and terminal readiness assessments, operational oversight during loading and discharge, incident prevention, and performance optimization—safeguarding cargo integrity while minimizing operational and reputational risk.

Known for a governance-driven and results-oriented approach, Captain Ahmed delivers end-to-end marine advisory services including vessel compliance audits, offshore coordination frameworks, emergency preparedness planning, and marine operational optimization. His disciplined methodology and deep industry knowledge add measurable value across the maritime, shipping, and energy value chain.

Nabhan Keedakkallan

Nabhan Keedakkallan is a senior operations and marine logistics professional with over 12 years of experience supporting oil trading, terminal operations, and maritime execution in regulated energy environments. He provides operational oversight across vessel scheduling, terminal interfaces, storage management, and compliance governance for refined petroleum products.

His expertise spans risk management, HSE frameworks, and contract execution, enabling the alignment of commercial trading objectives with operational feasibility. Nabhan’s disciplined, governance-focused approach strengthens execution reliability, asset integrity, and risk control across the oil and marine logistics value chain.
